Hi there!
I'm making a difference by fundraising for a cause that's close to my heart.
I have personally suffered with perinatal and post natal depression and my goodness it has and still is a battle. This cause is so so very close to my heart and something that is so misunderstood and often not taken seriously. So please support my efforts by making a secure online donation and by posting a message of support.
I will be Hosting a Morning Tea at Aviary Creek Park in Aveley on Saturday the
16th of November at 10am. Come Help us raise money and awarness for this very special foundation. there will be loads of yummy treats and prizes.
Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to my charity of choice.

We provide a range of clinical treatment programs including individual psychological consultations via face to face or telehealth, group treatment and early intervention screening.
